Are you passionate about art and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of art fairs? FOCUS Art Fair is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our team for an exciting week of creativity and collaboration at our upcoming event in New York!

 

Key Details:

          ● Event Period:

                    ● Front of the House (Onsite) - Mandatory: May 12th to May 19th, 2025

          ● Back of the House (Remote Work) - Optional: From January 2025 ~

 

          ● Location:

             Chelsea Industrial, 535-547 West 28th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA

 

Main Responsibilities:

During the event, volunteers will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the fair, with key tasks including:

          ● Hospitality & Guest Assistance:

                    ● Welcome visitors and provide event information.

                    ● Assist VIPs and guests with navigation and special requests.

          ● Exhibitor Assistance:

                    ● Support exhibitors with booth setup and daily needs.

          ● Design Materials Installation Support:

                    ● Help with the installation and organization of design materials.

          ● Curator Team Support:

                    ● Assist the curator team with onsite preparations and coordination.

 

Remote Opportunities (Optional): Starting from January 2025, volunteers can join the FOCUS team remotely to 

          ● Assist the curator team with project coordination.
          ● Support the marketing team with promotional activities and outreach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience in event planning and art curation.
